Clashes Erupt in Bihar During Statewide Shutdown Over NEET Paper Leak

Tensions escalated in Bihar on Saturday as clashes broke out between police and protesters during a statewide shutdown called in connection with the NEET paper leak controversy and the alleged police action against student demonstrators.

The bandh was organized to protest the handling of the NEET paper leak case and the police response to the ongoing student movement. Protesters took to the streets across several parts of the state, prompting authorities to deploy a heavy police presence to maintain law and order.

During the demonstrations, protesters also renewed their demand for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding the government accountable for the examination controversy.
