BJP MLA Maithili Thakur Backs Dharmendra Pradhan After Resignation

Expressing the Bharatiya Janata Party's support for Dharmendra Pradhan, Thakur said the party stands firmly behind him. She added that Pradhan took a significant decision by stepping down while respecting the sentiments of students amid the ongoing controversy.
Thakur also remarked that the protests were not limited to students alone, suggesting that the movement had drawn participation from a broader section of society.
Her comments come amid continued political debate over the NEET controversy, with leaders from both the ruling party and the opposition expressing differing views on the protests, accountability, and the future of examination reforms.
